The roof spans over 88,000 square feet and features a combination of Johns Manville PVC and EPDM membranes for superior durability and waterproofing. A full metal package was also installed, utilizing 24-gauge and 22-gauge materials. The scope included coping, drip edge, fascia, downspouts, and gutters, all custom-fabricated for the project. This comprehensive system provides long-lasting protection while enhancing the overall functionality and appearance of the school facility.
